Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile project delivery techniques. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project risks effectively. - Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop strategic plans to meet objectives. - Skilled in using project tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress and communicate status. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
