The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This enables the enhancement of decision-making processes by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic business objectives. The position demands a thoughtful approach to data interpretation and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align analytics efforts with broader business strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing predictive models to support business decision-making. - Familiarity with data integration and management within cloud-based platforms. - Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data quality and consistency. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to innovate within a dynamic environment.
