This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration strategies, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with various teams is essential to deliver innovative cloud-based solutions that support evolving business needs and drive future growth. The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex migration projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and technology standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development of migration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud migration frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with cloud infrastructure components including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources. - Ability to optimize cloud solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues during migration and deployment phases.
