Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Support the integration of new technologies and tools to advance the team's capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
