Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Integration. - Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration processes.
