The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively. - Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project schedules. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within project environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Capability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
