Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. Must have skills : Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating and overseeing the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes coordinating various activities to ensure they align with the overall business objectives. The role requires continuous engagement with different stakeholders to analyze existing processes, design or redesign workflows, and define organizational structures that support the business function s goals. The position demands proactive planning and leadership to drive improvements and ensure seamless integration of changes within the business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business function goals with organizational strategy. - Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong knowledge of cloud computing environments and service models related to Platform as a Service Providers. - Experience in managing and implementing business function improvements using Platform as a Service Providers solutions. - Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology-enabled platforms. - Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated business solutions. - Competence in evaluating and selecting appropriate Platform as a Service Providers tools to meet business needs.
