This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a live environment. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates. - Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with software testing principles and automation frameworks related to TOSCA Testsuite.
