Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software elements are key aspects of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components. - Familiarity with integration of software systems and data management. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
