This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges. The role demands continuous engagement in problem-solving and delivering end-to-end system functionalities that align with evolving project requirements and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with cloud computing environments and agile development methodologies. - Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development frameworks and tools. - Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in distributed systems.
