The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain smooth operational workflows. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application functionality and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. - Experience in designing and configuring process models and user interfaces within Appian environments. - Ability to integrate Appian applications with external systems and data sources. - Strong problem-solving skills to address complex application challenges. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
