This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software solutions while driving innovation and efficiency across projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to support business needs. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices. - Experience with scalable system architecture and performance optimization. - Ability to design secure and resilient cloud-based solutions. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud environments. - Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in cloud architectures.
