What are we looking for? • Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets or Excel • Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision • Experience working in Hi tech, with Data center builds • Working proficiency in Kinaxis, SAP Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Review Demand Supply Data to release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for Builds and upgrades • Execute the Procure to Pay Process Review Purchase Requisitions Request for Quotes Create PO • Root cause Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays • Support Analyst hiring and onboarding, Create execution documentation, facilitate onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new joiners • Work with multiple Business stakeholders Engineers, Planners, Business users and Strategic suppliers, Communicate results to business stakeholders • Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations • Work with warehouse, accounts payable, Logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts • partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations Any Graduation Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
