Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives. - Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI. - Strong project management capabilities with experience in coordinating complex initiatives. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and project outcomes. - Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Competence in resource allocation and team leadership to drive performance.
