The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving and refining software to support organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security. - Strong knowledge of SAP GRC modules and their integration with enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to SAP environments.
