The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, ServiceNow SAM Pro Development experience. - Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes. - Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party tools within the ServiceNow platform. - Familiarity with low-code development environments and automation workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application support.
