Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Jakarta EE. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise-level software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective resolutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within software platforms.
