The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different client projects to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. This position requires a dynamic approach to managing diverse tasks and adapting to evolving project needs while contributing to the overall success of the software lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark. - Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks. - Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization. - Familiarity with data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation techniques within PySpark. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.
