You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software components that support business operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and web services. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
