This includes guiding teams through the entire lifecycle from conceptual design to final delivery, ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. The role requires continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration across multiple teams, and making strategic decisions that influence the overall success of software initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Oracle Applications DBA, Oracle Database Architecture. - Strong expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning within complex environments. - Experience in managing and maintaining large-scale relational database systems. - Ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues related to database architecture and operations. - Familiarity with best practices in data security, backup, and recovery strategies.
