This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role also involves coordinating efforts across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex program requirements and translate them into actionable plans. - Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. - Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. - Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
