The position demands proactive engagement in planning and coordinating tasks to deliver high-quality software products while collaborating with various teams to align technical efforts with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components by managing priorities and deadlines effectively. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments. - Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow platform. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
