This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet evolving requirements. The engineer plays a key role in driving innovative cloud adoption that supports next-generation business capabilities and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align cloud migration activities with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including private and public cloud platforms. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance during and after migration. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration processes. - Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
