The role requires balancing front-end and back-end development tasks, creating robust application programming interfaces, and ensuring smooth deployment through continuous integration and delivery practices. Collaboration with various teams to enhance artificial intelligence solutions and optimize system performance is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency within the project environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications that utilize Large Language Models. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience in developing and integrating APIs for AI applications. - Strong knowledge of front-end and server-side technologies relevant to AI solutions. - Familiarity with DevOps methodologies to streamline deployment and maintenance. - Ability to optimize AI models and applications for performance and scalability.
