The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Visualization. - Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to represent complex data in an accessible and insightful manner. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to integrate visualization components seamlessly within custom software solutions. - Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in software engineering projects. - Capability to analyze user requirements and translate them into effective visual data representations.
