This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are prioritized throughout the project duration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive the adoption of best practices and development methodologies to enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale applications. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
