Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
