This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx. - Strong understanding of data integration and workflow automation using Alteryx. - Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure application stability. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
