Must have skills : Microsoft Azure Databricks Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the documentation of processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms. - Familiarity with application integration using APIs and low-code development environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged or SaaS applications. - Strong understanding of release management and version control processes. - Capability to optimize system performance while ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms.
