Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Experience in designing and developing scalable applications using cloud-native technologies. - Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices. - Competence in utilizing development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP Business Technology Platform.
