This role requires managing contracts and facilitating collaboration across shared services to ensure smooth execution. The position also entails building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, fostering their engagement and support to align with strategic objectives. The Service Management Lead plays a pivotal role in driving commitment and ensuring that all activities contribute effectively to the broader organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to continuously improve service delivery processes and team performance. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on managing and resolving critical incidents efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage contractual obligations effectively. - Experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships. - Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to service delivery.
