Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems.
