This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of challenges that impact critical business functions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline incident management and resolution processes. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system reliability and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health and performance.
