Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). SPM senior developer, Strategic Portfolio Management, Advanced Scripting & Business Logic Customization - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, innovative solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
