This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
