Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP environments. - Strong knowledge of SAP landscape management, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. - Ability to manage database administration tasks related to SAP systems. - Familiarity with transport management and system monitoring tools. - Capability to work with operating systems and network components that support SAP infrastructure.
