Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Experience in designing and implementing complex reports and dashboards using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Strong knowledge of database querying and optimization techniques to enhance report performance. - Familiarity with integrating reporting services into larger software systems and applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy. - Experience working within agile development environments to deliver iterative software improvements.
