This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes overseeing the delivery process, maintaining alignment with business goals, and fostering an environment where scalable and high-performance solutions are created. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the technical aspects and driving innovation within the team and across projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
