Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues. - Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
