Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to optimize team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with supply chain management processes. - Strong understanding of inventory management principles. - Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics. - Experience in implementing SAP solutions in a business environment.
