Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes. - Ability to work within agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
