Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate existing applications and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and software development methodologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
