The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to enhance existing solutions and implement new features. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer ensures that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements. Problem-solving and iterative improvement are key aspects of daily activities, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, customized software products that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components. - Experience with system integration and data flow management across applications. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
