Custom Software Engineer

Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills : Mobile Device/App Automation Testing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain mobile automation test frameworks using Appium, Selenium, and other mobile automation tools. 2. Design, execute, and support native UI automation testing for Android and iOS applications using Espresso and XCUITest. 3. Perform mobile application, device, API, and web services testing while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure quality deliverables. Technical Experience 1. Minimum 2 years of experience with Appium mobile automation or similar automation tools such as Selenium, with Appium preferred. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience using native UI testing tools such as Espresso and XCUITest and experience with device emulation/simulator tools such as Perfecto or BrowserStack. 3. Minimum 3 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization and 2 years of experience working with IT vendors, along with exposure to mobile system testing and web services. Professional Attributes 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams and stakeholders. 2. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing priorities and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. 3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective solutions. 4.
