Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements on existing applications, often collaborating with different teams to align development efforts with project goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. - Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science projects. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and cleaning. - Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques. - Competence in collaborating with software development teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
