This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j. - Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling techniques related to Neo4j. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within graph database environments. - Familiarity with query languages such as Cypher for data retrieval and manipulation. - Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization strategies. - Capability to work with monitoring tools to track system health and identify potential bottlenecks.
