This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and driving the team towards successful delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to align the software solutions with business needs and technical standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Strong experience in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards. - Ability to optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within reporting services. - Experience in collaborating with database administrators and developers to ensure data accuracy. - Skilled in creating parameterized reports and implementing security within reporting environments.
