Project Role : LLM Model Developer Project Role Description : Fine-tunes Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts. Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning Algorithms, Model Training Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with model fine-tuning processes to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of the models. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on training approaches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to keep the models aligned with evolving project requirements and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning and domain adaptation. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with broader organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Machine Learning Algorithms, Model Training, Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis,Data Visualization, SQL, Cloud Platform (Azure), MLOpsSoftware. - Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine-tuning techniques to enhance model performance. - Ability to work with complex datasets and apply domain adaptation methods to improve model relevance. - Familiarity with the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments. - Competence in leveraging Python frameworks for model development and experimentation. - Understanding of statistical methods to evaluate and validate model outputs effectively.
