Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Workday US Absence Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Absence Management. - Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within the Workday environment. - Experience in customizing and integrating Workday modules to meet organizational requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll and absence management systems. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern programming frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday US Payroll. - This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
