This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex software environments effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security. - Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments. - Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify security and compliance issues. - Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC modules to support organizational policies. - Familiarity with troubleshooting SAP system integration and authorization challenges.
